we will get back to you in 48 hours with the resolution and we will mail you if we need further information, else we will ship the missing item right away informing you about the tracking details.
 
Why will we ask you for more information?
Our operations run on an automated system, if the item is missing in a particular order then our system will show that the extra material is in stock which means that some orders are shipped with missing items and this way we can track as to what was the missing part.
Once confirmed that the item is missing from the parcel, we will send you the item with shipping details with immediate effect.
 
Make sure to contact us in 2 days from the Delivery date, else return will not be possible

As soon the wrongly delivered product is shipped back to us, the customer is required to send the snapshot of the packed parcel and the tracking details of the same.
 
Once these are submitted, our executive will send the right product to you.
 
Who pays for the return shipping charges:-we will reimburse up to Rs.70 as return shipping charges borne by you at the time of sending back the parcel. For this, we will ask you for your bank details and transfer this amount to your bank account.
 
Make sure to contact us in 2 days from the Delivery date, else return will not be possible
It happens sometimes, In such cases the money is neither with us nor with the bank but if we receive your money without order, we will refund it within 2-3 working days. Rest assured, the money will come back to your bank account after 10-15 working days once the payment reconciliation happens at bank’s end.

If the money still does not reflect in your bank account, contact us and we will get back to you

It may happen that the sale of some particular products is faster than the others and may soon get out of stock. Our restocking time generally alters from 3 days to 1 month depending upon the product category. If you still want to know about the restocking time,

Refund timelines differ depending on the reason for refund:

Unconfirmed order: In such cases the money is neither with us nor with the bank but if we receive your money without order, we will refund it within 1-2 working days. Rest assured, the money will come back to your bank account after 10-15 working days once the payment reconciliation happens at the bank’s end.

Order not shipped/cancelled/item is faulty/ wrongly received: In case such cases the refund will be sent to your original mode of payment within 10-15 working days.

Sometimes our team may need additional time to process your refund depending on the complexity of the case. Do get in touch with us if you do not receive your refund even after the timelines above.

Note: Refunds are not credited to your account on bank holidays and weekends.

Once the parcel is ready, packed, and shipped, the customer receives an email or/and SMS about the tracking details. We recommend you use those details to track your order.

Note: For any incorrect delivery status issue, we request the customer to please first check with your neighbours, security guard, and watchman and still you face delivery issue then please call and raise the ticket at sales@kalaakaar.in within 48hrs after the incorrect delivery status of the order.
We send GST invoices to every customer once the order is placed. If the customer has a valid GST (in case the customer belongs to an organization having a GST number) details, he/she can mention it while placing an order from Kalaakaar Makerspace. Still, if you want any alterations to be done in the GST invoice received from Kalaakaar Makerspace, then

Once we receive your ticket, we will provide you with the invoice.

Please note, We will not be able to provide you with the GST invoice once the order is dispatched.

It is recommended that the customer raises invoice requests soon after placing an order.

Attach a small video and snapshots which demonstrates that the product is not working:- Explaining details of entire issue could be time a cumbersome task, attaching a video along with a ticket gives a clear and quick understanding of the issue and resolution time reduces to a significant extent

Once the ticket is submitted, what will Kalaakaar Makerspace do?
We will get back to you in 48 hours.

We will check all the details and once you get the approval from us to send the product back to us with the tracking details
Please make sure the product is in good condition and is not physically damaged, burnt due to polarity reversal.

Once you send the product back to us, kindly share the tracking details with us.

After inspection of the product at our end, we will provide you with your preferred resolution which can be one of the following.

1. If we found it faulty, then we can send you a replacement (with this, we will also refund the return shipping charges up to Rs. 70) or can refund up to Rs70 as return shipping amount along with the order amount.

2. If the product is working, we can reship it back to you, in which the return shipping charges won’t be paid back to you.
**** Kalaakaar Makerspace reserves the right to reject such refunds if the product does not meet our criteria.***

To build the confidence of the customer and to provide more insight into the technical issue, we always shoot a small video of the test that we do to check the received product. If needed customers are encouraged to go through the video to get more clarity.

Make sure to contact us within warranty period of order delivery, else the return will not be possible.
You can pay through multiple payment options on Kalaakaar Makerspace the checkout page. You can pay through Credit/Debit Card, Internet Banking, Mobile Payments, Manual bank transfer, and Wallets. You can also apply a coupon that you might receive from Kalaakaar Makerspace or redeem Kalaakaar Makerspace points that you have earned from your previous purchases.

Cash on Delivery is offered Kalaakaar Makerspace and it is location dependent. Applicability of COD is determined by our system once you enter the pin-code of your area. Also the COD service is chargeable (Rs.25). It is charged by the shipping company for cash handlings.

Once you place a COD order, our executive will call you to confirm your order only after which your order will be processed.
It is best to prepay your order and buy confidently.
Shipping charge & Delivery timeline.

1) Standard shipping: Rs 49- The order gets delivered within 3-5 working days. (6-7 days in case of the battery as it travels through the surface)

2)Free shipping is applicable to the purchase of Rs.499 and above. The order gets delivered within 5-7 working days. (8-10 days in case of the battery as it travels through the surface)

3)Blue dart Air shipping Rs: 99 and above depending on parcel weight the order gets delivered within3-5working days.

4) Same-day delivery only applicable for Pune-specific pin codes Rs-79 delivery will be done same day between 1 p.m to 9 p.m (the order should be placed before 12:30 p.m)

Once the ticket is submitted,
We will check
-if the order is yet to be shipped, if it is not shipped, then we will cancel the order and process your refund in your original mode of payment.
-If the parcel is already out of warehouse and is in transit, you can reject the parcel so that it will come back to us.

Please note that, once you accept the parcel, return process would be followed.
