Shipping Policies:
- To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
- While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. However, we will inform you before doing it.
- If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuses to take delivery of the package and contact us on our email id mentioned your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
- You may track the shipping status of your order on our website, by clicking at Track your Order section.
- Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
Shipping Partners:
- We will ship products via the authorized Courier Services only
- Shipping Time / Delivery Time: Time to dispatch does not include the time to deliver to you (Time to delivery) by logistics service provider.
- We ship orders First in First out Order.
- Some products may have special lead time, so kindly go through the products information page before you place order.
- Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 2-5 days to anywhere in India, it is totally beyond our control.
- Each shipping companies have their own methods, intermediate transit locations etc. and the delivery time is not predictable.
- Please plan your order allowing sufficient time for the delivery instead of last minute orders.
- We ship on week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on SUNDAY will be shipped only on MONDAY.
- Orders placed before 4.00 PM will be shipped on the same day except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Guarantee/Warranty:
- Warranty are only against manufacturing defect
- All items are delivered with standard warranty of minimum 15 Days (unless otherwise specified in the product page) to protect the customers from any manufacturing defect
- Customer need to contact support team within 10 working days from the date of delivery for being eligible for the return
- Eligibility of manufacturing defect is subject to verification of product by our team
- Kalaakaar Market Space cannot guarantee their eligibility unless it is proven that the issue is related to a manufacturing defect
- We reserve the rights refuse to replace in case if the product damaged by user error
- In case product is defective or damaged then the our team will replace and reship the product
- In case the returned product is not defective /damaged then the customer will be informed about the same and the same product will be reshipped, customer has to pay the reshipping fees.
- In the event of no replacement possible or out of stock, refund or store credit will be done
- Customer has to bear the return shipping
- Products under warranty cannot be exchanged for other products
- Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.
100% Refund/Replacement:
We guarantee to provide accurate descriptions and high quality products as mentioned in the website. In order to protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch or parts missing etc., we are providing 3 days’ time (From the date of order delivery) to report the complaint by going to my account section and then to your order, the you will find option for Request Refund. Our technical team will verify the submitted details visually and will issue RMA(Returned Material Authorization) number to return the material. Once we received the product our experts will verify the issue reported and will send the replacement items to the customer shipping cost prepaid by us. In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way. Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. Changing or Canceling an Order:
Need change something about your order or just want it canceled? You can ask us (by Email only ) to change the items on your order, update an address or payment method, or just cancel it. Customer Service will get back to you by email within one business day regarding your request. Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be altered or cancelled. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it. In some cases Order cancellation may attract 5% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by customer(It is because mot of payment gateway providers collect their Commissions even though order cancelled and refunded.).Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. Return Guidelines:
Once we confirmed the faulty item cannot be repairable by customer or by Remote Desktop (Team Viewer), we will issue the RMA Number, which you have to mention clearly on shipping boxes. Do not write anything on the merchandise packaging (Product package). Defective unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment.
Limits Of Responsibility:
We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.
